Responsibilities
Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with SaaS, commerce, and CMS platforms
Develop strong working relationships with partner teams across partnerships, marketing, sales, and developer relations
Plan and execute cross-platform initiatives including:
Co-marketing campaigns and announcements
Case studies and featured launches
Webinars, panels, and live or virtual events
Partner-driven content and thought leadership
Identify opportunities for:
Industry events and conferences
Sponsorships, workshops, and activations
Joint promotions and ecosystem initiatives
Act as the internal point of contact for partner coordination and communication
Track partnership activity, momentum, and opportunities without introducing unnecessary process
Represent Shrimpton Agency externally with clarity, professionalism, and taste
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development within a digital agency, SaaS company, or platform ecosystem
Prior exposure to commerce, CMS, or marketing technology platforms
Clear understanding of how agency–platform partnerships function in practice
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with internal teams
Highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven
Preferred
Existing relationships within the Shopify, headless CMS, or e-commerce SaaS ecosystem
Experience supporting or organizing events, panels, or webinars
Familiarity with partner programs, certifications, or co-marketing frameworks
Interest in the future of commerce, content, and brand-led digital experiences
