Responsibilities

Lead the structural engineering scope for major industrial, commercial, and science + technology projects
Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, documentation, specifications, and construction support
Coordinate successfully with multidisciplinary teams to create efficient and practical design solutions
Ensure technical accuracy, adherence to schedule, and client satisfaction throughout project phases
Mentor junior engineers, fostering skill development and technical growth across the team

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (structural emphasis required); Master's in civil or Structural Engineering preferred
Active PE and/or SE license in at least one U.S. state
Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural design and project leadership
Proficiency in designing structural steel, concrete, masonry, cold-formed metal framing, and deep foundation systems
Strong understanding of structural requirements for precast and tilt-up concrete construction
Experienced in developing construction documents within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM environments using Revit
Skilled in structural analysis software, including RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, Tekla TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer, RISA, and related applications (e.g., Strong-Tie Anchor Designer, Hilti Profis, Ideastatica, Excel/VBA)
Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Building Codes and applicable reference standards
Strong leadership and communication capabilities
Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects
Advanced technical problem-solving and analytical thinking
Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams
Commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence
