S&K Federal Services (SKFS) is seeking candidates for a pending contract award position for an Acquisition Support professional. This role provides administrative support services to assist the DOE/NNSA at the Savannah River Site, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and conducting labor checks.

Responsibilities

By using field observations, conduct labor checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
Examine weekly payroll submissions for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
Receive and process draft electronic Form 98 (E98) wage determination requests
Maintain a E98 request action log
Provide any Department of Labor comments to SRFO for resolution
Develop and maintain a contractor labor relations file plan
Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position

Required

HS diploma
Current valid driver's license required
Proof of U.S. citizenship required or authorization to work in the U.S
Possess or have ability to obtain security clearance
Must have proficient time management and organizational skills
Ability to create professional quality correspondence, documents, and reports including formatting and content
Ability to maintain databases, and the ability to speak effectively to individuals in person, on the telephone, or via e-mail
Must be able to analyze contractor data to include (but not limited to) labor standards classifications, labor standards compliance, and personnel classifications
Must be skilled in interviewing and conducting internal investigations
Must be proficient in Internet based systems
Must be proficient in the use of office equipment, including computers, scanners, fax, and copiers
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Preferred

A minimum of five years of experience in a field requiring knowledge of Federal labor standards, administration, laws, and regulations is preferred
Experience in administering Federal policies and procedures as they relate to labor standards, enforcement, and compliance is optimal
