This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of departmental and enterprise-wide systems, while also supporting and evaluating new applications and managing vendor relations.

Responsibilities
Analyzes, supports, tests, implements, and evaluates new applications as well as performs upgrades to existing applications to include thorough documentation
Recommends workflow improvements, resolves systems issues, manages vendor relations, and trains staff as necessary
Acknowledges trouble tickets within established SLAs. Communicates status updates and resolutions to customer
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in IS or healthcare-related field, or equivalent healthcare-related work experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Previous experience with clinical applications is preferred
