Builder Field/Installation Manager
AFS Group, one of the nation's largest flooring companies, is seeking to expand their team with a Builder Field/Installation Manager. This role is critical in overseeing and coordinating all field operations related to construction and installation projects, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget while meeting quality standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise all field installation activities to ensure timely and quality project completion
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to align resources and schedules effectively
Lead, mentor, and manage installation teams, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and safety
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, building codes, and company policies during installation operations
Maintain accurate documentation of project status, materials used, and labor hours for reporting purposes
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance installation efficiency and quality
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in construction management or related field is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, field operations, or installation management
Proven experience managing teams and coordinating complex installation projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites across the United States
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or OSHA safety training
Experience with budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes
Familiarity with construction management software and digital reporting tools
Strong leadership training or experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
