Responsibilities
Deconstruct consulting workflows into task specifications and evaluation frameworks (problem structuring → analysis → synthesis)
Review and benchmark AI-generated outputs including market analyses, strategy decks, operating models, and recommendations
Create reference examples that reflect genuine consulting standards (issue trees, frameworks, slide decks)
Identify gaps and failure modes in AI reasoning, documenting improvement pathways
Collaborate asynchronously with researchers through structured written feedback
Qualification
Required
2+ years at a top-tier firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, or well-regarded boutique)
Strong command of core consulting workflows including hypothesis-driven analysis and executive synthesis
Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills with comfort in market sizing, financial modeling, and qualitative research
Excellent written communication and structured thinking abilities
