Responsibilities
Managing complex executive calendars and high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones
Preparing and supporting in-person and virtual meetings, including agendas, materials, room/technology setup, and attendee coordination
Organizing and maintaining accurate investor, advisor, and partner contact lists
Updating and tracking activity in CRM or similar systems to support investor outreach and relationship management
Assisting with fundraising and executive operations through drafting, editing, and proofreading polished written communications and outreach
Proactively anticipating executive needs and handling ad hoc administrative projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
Strong background in calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of high-volume meetings and logistics
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Polished and professional presence
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and standard office productivity software
High attention to detail with sound judgment and absolute discretion
Preferred
Experience within a high-growth, startup, or rapidly changing environment
