Responsibilities
Ensure IMM equipment is running at peak efficiencies
Follow all production and machine protocols putting safety above all else
Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shift
Load and unload items from machines and dollies
Ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with company protocol
Make sure that appropriate safety measures are considered at every step of the production process
Inspect product and record data at appropriate steps of the production cycle
Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
Responsible for proper labelling and packaging of finished items
Assist Engineering and Maintenance in troubleshooting IMM issues
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to train as well as lead. Someone with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
Must be able to stand for 12 hours
