Qualification
Required
Strong Project Engineering, Project Management, and Project Planning skills
Proficiency in Electrical Engineering principles and practices
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across teams
Ability to work on-site full-time and manage engineering projects in a team environment effectively
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required; advanced degree is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Previous experience in a related engineering or project management role preferred
