Responsibilities
Manage and develop a high-performing team of product managers to deliver on business objectives for capital platforms
Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to define requirements, guide development, and ensure successful commercialization of new capital products
Identify opportunities to increase market penetration and reach in key geographies
Create and maintain long-term marketing plans aligned with corporate growth objectives
Engage with clinicians, hospital administrators, and key stakeholders to understand needs and refine value propositions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in global marketing within the medical device industry with a consistent track record of high performance and results
5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in roles requiring influence, cross‑functional collaboration, and people management
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
Results-driven and action-oriented with a track record of delivering outcomes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working with international teams and willingness to travel globally
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and key influencers
High integrity and alignment with BD's core values
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a technical field required
Preferred
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
