Responsibilities

Support all credit bureau dispute functions through cross-functional collaboration and shared responsibilities
Review, research, and resolve external credit bureau disputes received through E-OSCAR, ACDV Batch, and G360, ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
Investigate and process internal credit bureau disputes routed through designated queues, maintaining accuracy and adherence to established timelines
Conduct comprehensive account investigations by analyzing customer information, account history, system data, and supporting documentation to determine appropriate resolution outcomes
Partner with internal departments to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and support timely dispute resolution
Identify trends, recurring errors, or process gaps and escalate findings to leadership for review and corrective action
Maintain regular, dependable attendance & punctuality
Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience
Ability to apply FCRA requirements and credit card regulations accurately when researching and resolving disputes
Strong capability to conduct detailed account investigations by analyzing customer data, account history, system records, and supporting documentation
Experience working within credit and dispute management systems, including E-OSCAR, ACDV Batch, G360, and related platforms
Proven skill in producing precise, compliant dispute resolutions while meeting strict regulatory timelines
Ability to clearly and professionally communicate dispute findings and resolutions through written correspondence and internal discussions
Capacity to partner effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support timely dispute outcomes
Skill in identifying recurring issues, process gaps, or error trends and escalating insights to leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support documentation, analysis, and reporting
Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel
Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms
Requires close vision
Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs
