Cytactic is looking for a seasoned, impact-oriented Head of Demand Generation to spearhead the strategy and execution behind their pipeline growth. The role involves guiding demand programs, partnering closely with sales and marketing leadership, and driving measurable results across the funnel.

Responsibilities

Build and execute integrated demand generation strategies across digital and offline channels
Own paid acquisition programs (LinkedIn, Google Ads), including segmentation, retargeting, lookalikes, and performance optimization
Drive innovative top- and mid-funnel experiences—interactive tools, gated assets, micro-campaigns, and personalized nurture flows
Partner with Field Marketing to translate event engagement into pipeline, ensuring seamless follow-up and attribution
Maintain close alignment with sales on funnel goals, lead quality, routing, and SLAs
Develop and manage lead management workflows, nurture programs, and post-campaign follow-up strategies
Define KPIs such as CPL, cost per MQL/SQL, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and event ROI
Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement and scale

Required

7+ years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity

Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
Strong analytical ability and comfort with attribution, funnel modeling, and performance dashboards
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; strong track record partnering with sales
Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation, testing, and innovation
Experience leading teams or driving cross-functional initiatives
