Responsibilities
Review audit workpapers and ensure proper documentation and compliance with firm and regulatory standards
Perform advanced audit procedures on complex financial statement accounts
Supervise and mentor Associates by providing technical guidance and performance feedback
Assist in developing audit plans, including risk assessment and scoping
Communicate with clients to address questions, provide updates, and resolve issues
Read and agree to abide by the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct
Perform other tasks as directed by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3–5 years of audit experience in public accounting
Proficiency in audit software, technical proficiency in auditing and financial reporting standards, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills
