Responsibilities
Provide executive oversight for multiple large-scale civil construction projects
Lead and support project managers and project teams from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management
Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams on bids and pursuits
Ensure projects meet contract requirements, quality standards, and safety goals
Act as the primary client-facing representative for assigned projects
Support business development efforts and client relationships
Drive best practices, operational efficiency, and team development
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in civil construction, including senior project leadership roles
Proven experience managing large, complex heavy civil projects
Strong background in infrastructure, transportation, utilities, or similar work in NYC
Excellent financial, contractual, and operational knowledge
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
