Manage the customer journey as the first point of contact, by setting expectations for their experience and delivering a quality customer experience
Scheduling, screening, and confirming new appointments through inbound and outbound calling
Provide customer resolution to any concerns or questions
Communicate all relevant customer information to the Hearing Care Professional
Collect and record customer payments
Maintain the customer database by updating office records
Handle walk-ins for existing customers
Help run office promotions by participating in any marketing and social media initiatives
Assist company leadership with ongoing initiatives and projects
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service, office administration/management, clinic coordination or front desk/reception
Organizational and tech skills to complete administrative tasks
Ability to manage the customer journey as the first point of contact
Ability to schedule, screen, and confirm new appointments through inbound and outbound calling
Ability to provide customer resolution to any concerns or questions
Ability to communicate all relevant customer information to the Hearing Care Professional
Ability to collect and record customer payments
Ability to maintain the customer database by updating office records
Ability to handle walk-ins for existing customers
