The role involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for General & Administrative Support Functions, collaborating with senior leadership to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for various G&A teams (Finance, Legal, Human Resources, etc.), ensuring alignment with company objectives
Partner with operations teams to develop cost-saving strategies while maintaining critical capabilities and support
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, providing actionable insights on budget variances, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals

Qualification

Financial analysisBudgetingForecastingUS GAAP knowledgeData analysisExcel proficiencyCommunication skillsPresentation skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

Preferred

4+ years of experience in the following:
Accounting and knowledge of US GAAP standards
Financial acumen
Data analysis/modeling skills
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., OneStream, Adaptive Insights, or similar)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
