Responsibilities
Lead financial and operational analysis by tracking performance trends, and identifying key business drivers across systems and regions
Partner with operations and engineering to understand cost structures and improve performance visibility
Support annual budgeting and forecasting, along with monthly management reporting and variance analysis
Continuously enhance reporting accuracy, consistency, and overall usefulness for decision-making
Contribute to executive and board-level materials, including strategic analysis and investment memos
Translate complex financial insights into clear, concise narratives for non-finance stakeholders
Take ownership of ad-hoc and cross-functional projects, tackling ambiguous questions and driving practical, data-informed solutions
Qualification
Required
Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related degree (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of experience in finance, analytics, consulting, or operations
Strong Excel skills (formulas, logic, structured analysis)
Experience with dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
Experience in a fast-growing or entrepreneurial environment
