Sr. Marketing Analyst
SoTalent is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to support data-driven decision making across brand and product marketing efforts. This hybrid role focuses on measuring campaign effectiveness and translating performance data into actionable recommendations to improve marketing impact and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Measure and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, social, direct mail, and brand media
Connect early performance indicators (e.g., engagement metrics, cost metrics) with downstream business outcomes such as acquisition, efficiency, and return on spend
Assess audience and segmentation strategies to identify optimization opportunities and improve targeting effectiveness
Contribute to advanced analytical initiatives (e.g., lifetime value analysis, marketing mix modeling) to enhance marketing measurement rigor
Identify performance drivers and deliver data-supported insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Lead campaign performance reviews and respond to ad hoc analytical requests
Share insights and strategic guidance with marketing, product, and cross-functional partners
Foster a culture of experimentation by turning insights into hypotheses and measurable tests
Ensure accuracy and reliability of campaign data throughout setup, execution, and reporting
Monitor performance trends and communicate findings to product leaders and stakeholders
Partner with analytics teams to connect marketing investment to broader business outcomes and goals
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, digital, data, and UX teams to transform raw data into structured datasets and dashboards using visualization tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or campaign performance measurement
Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, visual, and compelling performance narratives
Hands-on experience measuring KPIs across multiple marketing channels, including direct mail, email, and paid digital
Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Excel)
Working knowledge of databases, data warehouses, and analytical tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, or similar platforms
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting insights to senior leaders
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently toward defined objectives
Analytical thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and storytelling
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
