Onboarding Specialist
Business Integra Inc is seeking an Operations Specialist II to support engineering onboarding and learning operations. This role is critical in ensuring new engineers reach productivity faster and that learning programs are delivered efficiently and with high quality.
Responsibilities
Own and coordinate onboarding readiness for new engineering hires
Manage end-to-end logistics for training sessions, seminars, and learning events
Deliver standardized onboarding and professional skills training
Facilitate onboarding sessions focused on organizational values and culture
Enable mentorship and internal network building for early-career professionals
Support productivity enablement by providing best practices and resources
Ensure smooth execution of learning programs with minimal friction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in one of the following (or related fields): Engineering, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Learning or Instructional Design, Operations, or Project Management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Ability to work across multiple systems and tools simultaneously
Customer-service mindset with a people-first approach
