Responsibilities
Developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer workflows, Service Catalog items, CMDB models, portals, and mobile experiences
Implementing REST/SOAP integrations
Supporting releases, testing, and upgrades
Enforcing platform governance and quality standards
Providing technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring
Qualification
Required
7+ years of software development experience
4+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
3+ years of experience in CSM or ITSM
Deep ServiceNow development experience
Strong JavaScript skills
Knowledge of ITIL and Agile practices
