Responsibilities
Support day‑to‑day project execution across Operating System Modernization and Mainframe Upgrade initiatives
Partner with the Project Manager to track milestones, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies
Coordinate work across infrastructure, platform, and engineering teams
Organize and support project meetings, working sessions, and status reviews
Document and distribute meeting notes, decisions, and action items with strong follow‑through
Maintain project artifacts such as project plans, RID logs, timelines, and status reports
Monitor progress against schedules and proactively surface risks or blockers
Support governance and reporting routines with timely, accurate updates
Help ensure alignment between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Junior Project Manager or similar role supporting technology initiatives
Foundational understanding of infrastructure, platforms, or systems environments
Exposure to operating system upgrades, infrastructure projects, or modernization efforts
Experience collaborating with Project Managers and technical/engineering teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, accountability, and follow‑through
Preferred
Experience supporting infrastructure modernization or platform transformation efforts
Exposure to mainframe environments or enterprise systems
Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
Familiarity with PMO standards, governance models, or structured delivery frameworks
