Kim Seybert, Inc. is a global luxury designer and retailer of tabletop and home accessories. They are seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager to drive strategic growth and maintain the brand's elevated standards through relationship-building and account management.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand sales within luxury wholesale, trade, and/or hospitality markets
Cultivate and manage relationships with key National accounts, specialty stores and strategic partners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with brand positioning and revenue goals
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing
Collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless client experience
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to inform growth strategy
Set seasonal sales targets, account plans, and growth initiatives aligned with company goals
Evaluate account performance (sell-in vs. sell-out, inventory levels, replenishment cycles, door productivity) and take corrective actions to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the luxury home, furniture, décor, textiles, or related industries
Strong consultative selling skills with an emphasis on long-term relationships
Demonstrated success in prospecting, onboarding, and growing accounts
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in ERP systems, excel and sales reporting tools
