Responsibilities
Support partnering with cross functional teams (e.g., merchandising, finance) to identify growth opportunities and drive Fashion strategic initiatives. Project manage cross functional initiatives as needed
Support fact-based decision making by performing analytics as needed
Support Fashion strategy and transformation initiatives and meetings, evaluate and drive improvements to operational processes
Assist with communication strategies that facilitate the flow of information between key Fashion stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Lead material preparation for major EVP presentations (e.g., Supplier Growth Summit, external conferences, leadership meetings)
Assist Merchants in National Brand partnerships by supporting top-to-top meetings and building brand pitch materials
Lead Fashion Quarterly All Hands Meetings agenda creation and preparation of materials
Research and analyze market data and competitive landscape to understand market trends and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation; refresh annual relevant macro trends presentation for Fashion organization
Own and update Fashion Leadership milestone calendar
Qualification
Required
4+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree
Interest in Fashion a must
Analytical and deductive reasoning skills
Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
Stickler for process and organized project management
Entrepreneurial mindset: belief in bold ideas and the power of creative thinking to get to 'yes'
Bias for action: desire to take initiative and action quickly
Deep passion for Fashion, Stores, and eCommerce
