Responsibilities
Conduct a consultancy review to analyze accounting processes in depth, end‑to‑end
Apply industry best practices and the most efficient methods for executing accounting processes
Develop and present a roadmap with transformational steps to implement AI & Automation and related improvements to enhance efficiency and remove roadblocks
Lead process design and execution through workshops, interviews, and value‑stream mapping
Act as a primary advisor to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, and ERP‑related roles
Strong understanding of accounting principles, with 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in Fixed Assets, Accruals, and Intercompany processes
Deep hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or EBS, specifically in: Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement and Projects
3–5 years of experience leading global finance transformation or large‑scale ERP optimization projects
Ability to configure and optimize Oracle Fixed Assets features, including asset books, depreciation methods, and integrations is a must
Familiarity with Oracle multi‑book accounting and its related limitations
