Responsibilities
Assist the Building Access & Safety Supervisor with taking inventory of all buildings, locks, keys, vendors with keys, and employee information
Entering locks, keys, and employees into MegaMation
Entering all data on current mechanical keys issued to employees and vendors into MegaMation
Drives service trucks as required
Qualification
Required
Ability to use a computer; including Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint, internet research, and email
Comfort with learning new technology and software
Successful completion of a criminal history background check
Must be a current TCC student
Ability to follow oral instructions and meet the demands of the department
Ability to get along well with others
Possession of a valid unrestricted driver's license
Knowledge and skills in performing internet research
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet web browser, and email
Ability to proactively build positive relationships, foster team unity at all levels of the college, and strive for positive interactions with individuals across the campus
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
