Responsibilities
Responsible for keeping the property safe and secure for all members, guests, employees and any visitors
Operations of Security posts, monitoring traffic in and out of property
Patrolling of property, checking for safety and security demands
Generate daily reports and keep up security logs
Respond to any and all emergencies and incidents on property
Complete thorough incident reports and investigations
Coordinate and monitor all events for safe and secure environment
Crowd control
Enforcing policies and procedures on property
Assist members, guests, employees and visitors with any needs or problems that may arise while on property
Qualification
Required

Excellent communications skills to interact with members, guests, employees, managers and construction personnel
Detailed, clear and concise report writing
Be able to create a positive work environment at all times
Perform in highly stressful situations when incidents occur
Criminal and Driving background check
