Lead a program within a large, enterprise-wide initiative focused on optimizing Control Management programs (i.e. Risk Control Self-Assessment, Issue Management, and Operational Risk Events)
Facilitate and bring diverse stakeholders together to drive timely decisions and recommendations
Manage cross-functional collaboration and facilitate meetings
Deliver on people, process, and technology change
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in large, complex environments
Proven ability to facilitate meetings and manage cross-functional collaboration
Strong organizational and communication skills with executive presence
Experience in governance, risk, and control frameworks (RCSA, Issue Management, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines
Comfortable delivering on people, process, and technology change
