Responsibilities
To support the Director of Production Services in overseeing technical operations, staff management, and production planning across all Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) venues, to include the Robinson Center, Statehouse Convention Center, and First Security Amphitheater; to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of live events and productions by managing daily operations, mentoring staff, and implementing departmental strategies and standards
Qualification
Required
Completion of a bachelor's degree in Technical Theatre, Live Event Production, Fine Arts, or a related field
Four (4) years of progressive experience in live event production, broadcasting, performing arts or related area
Two (2) years of supervisory experience
Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver's License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position
Must show proof of valid automobile insurance before being approved to drive any LRCVB vehicle
Must be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as required
