Responsibilities
Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems
He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance
His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers
The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities
The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Skilled Java developer with hands on experience on AWS
Experience of leading team of 5 to 6 developers at offshore
Proficiency in core Java concepts and principles with the ability to effectively utilize object-oriented programming and design patterns
Solid grasp of the Spring Framework particularly in areas such as dependency injection and application lifecycle management
AWS Typescript
Ability to articulate and apply best practices in software architecture and design within the Spring ecosystem
Experience with seamless integration between frontend and backend systems
Understanding of unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) principles
Knowledge of version control systems particularly Git for effective collaboration and code management
Awareness of performance optimization techniques and tools for Java applications including profiling and debugging practices
Preferred
Experience working on integrations from Claims systems to Payment distribution hub platform would be plus
Domain Claims any experience on Claims payment using payment hub ACH would be plus
