Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and drive efficient hiring decisions
Develop and post compelling job descriptions
Source and screen top talent using strategic recruiting methods
Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations
Manage offer creation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate records in the ATS
Participate in career fairs and recruiting events as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong ability to coach hiring managers and influence hiring decisions
Experience creating recruiting strategies and job postings
Proven success with offer negotiation
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Proficiency with ATS systems and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
