Responsibilities

Turn market signals and business performance metrics into actionable growth opportunities
Work closely with cross-functional partners to craft and roll out commercial initiatives
Build and deliver clear, data-backed reports and dashboards that highlight insights and next steps
Analyze competitors to influence pricing approaches and product positioning
Develop evidence-based business cases for new projects and investments
Track outcomes of implemented strategies and recommend course corrections
Create compelling data visualizations that enable fast decision-making

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
2+ years of experience in business analysis or a comparable analytics role
Advanced analytical ability and comfort working with complex datasets
Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and Tableau (or similar analytics/BI tools)
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills
A collaborative mindset and proven success in team environments
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits
