GreenBridge is a leading, employee-owned general contractor seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to support the delivery of a next-generation hyperscale AI data centre. The role involves leading commissioning across all mission-critical systems and ensuring the facility meets high availability, performance, and reliability standards.

Responsibilities

Lead commissioning across all mission-critical systems including:

Electrical distribution, UPS, generators, and controls

Mechanical systems including liquid cooling infrastructure

BMS, EPMS, life safety, and integrated systems testing (IST)

Manage commissioning activities from construction completion through startup, testing, and turnover

Coordinate closely with project leadership, trade partners, vendors, engineers, and third-party Cx agents

Develop and execute commissioning plans, schedules, scripts, and documentation

Track deficiencies, manage issue resolution, and support final closeout

Support owner training, O&M handover, and warranty phase activities

Serve as the on-site commissioning authority for a highly technical, systems-heavy project

Required

Proven experience commissioning mission-critical / data centre facilities

Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems supporting hyperscale environments

Experience with Tier III / Tier IV concepts and integrated systems testing

Comfortable working site-based on large, complex projects

Highly organised, technically strong, and confident leading coordination efforts

Preferred

Exposure to high-density, liquid-cooled, or AI-focused data centres strongly preferred

Benefits

15% annual bonus

20% of monthly salary as an additional travel bonus (~$2,400/month)

$800/month car allowance

$1,000/month travel stipend

Per diem provided

Two round-trip flights per month (home or fly family out), or cash equivalent if unused
