Technical Support Engineer
Sharp Brains is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide on-demand support for their products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues while acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

Reproduce customer environment and run tests
