Engineering Manager
Radiant Security is a Bay Area Cyber AI startup focused on enhancing security operations through automation. They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development of AI-powered applications for security automation, collaborating with various teams to drive initiatives and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers building AI-driven applications for security alert triage, incident investigation, and response automation
Collaborate closely with AI researchers, security experts, and product managers to bring complex ideas to life
Roll up your sleeves when needed — participate in design reviews, unblock technical challenges, and help implement critical systems
Drive engineering excellence and team growth while maintaining a hands-on mindset
Balance short-term delivery with long-term technical vision and scalability
Be a key partner in shaping our product strategy and technical roadmap
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of engineering leadership experience in high-growth or startup environments
Strong technical foundation as an individual contributor (IC), ideally with prior work in distributed systems, ML pipelines, or real-time data processing
Experience collaborating closely with AI/ML teams or working on AI products
Ability to manage and grow a high-performing team while staying close to the code when needed
Passion for building complex systems that drive meaningful impact
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfort with hybrid work — this role requires being in our Pleasanton office 3x/week
