Responsibilities
Prospect within assigned accounts, create opportunities, and close new business (100% on new business within existing accounts)
Achieve license and recurring revenue targets
Build and maintain relationships with executives and key decision-makers
Lead Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI and value
Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and BD
Identify and remove account blockers proactively
Collaborate with our CRO and Co-Founder (R&D) in San Jose
Qualification
Required
5+ years of SaaS Sales or Account Management experience with Fortune 500 enterprises
Proven ability to prospect, hunt, and expand within large accounts
Experience selling to CRM, HR, L&D, Procurement, and IT stakeholders
Consultative, value-based selling approach grounded in ROI and cost-benefit analysis
Consistent record of exceeding quota
Executive presence with strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working independently in a global setup
Willingness to travel 50%+
