Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
Complete service requests and apartment make-readies
Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls
Supervise vendors and assist with staff oversight
Maintain inventory and operate within budget
Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
2+ years multifamily maintenance experience
Strong HVAC experience required
EPA Type II or Universal required
Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
Ability to take after-hours/emergency calls
Basic tools and reliable transportation
