The role involves building relationships with clients, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with sales leadership to drive growth and performance across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through exceptional service and consultative selling
Manage, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers, providing ongoing training, guidance, and performance support
Execute regional sales plans and team goals aligned with company objectives
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory coverage
Monitor performance, analyze sales trends, and contribute to forecasting and reporting
Support planning and execution of regional sales meetings and key trade show events
Represent Harper Group and our brands at industry trade shows and customer meetings
Perform additional duties as needed to support a dynamic, growth-focused sales organization

Required

Bachelor's degree required
2–4 years of sales management or team-lead experience in a client-focused, fast-paced environment
Proven ability to coach and manage a geographically dispersed sales team
Strong relationship-building skills with customers, brand partners, and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated success driving sales growth and delivering excellent customer experiences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a changing environment
Comfortable with sales and productivity tools such as Office365, Asana, and MarketTime (or eager to learn)
