Responsibilities
Oversee daily transportation services, including dispatch, logistics, fleet readiness, and quality control, ensuring safe, efficient, high‑quality service for patients
Mentor and support drivers, dispatchers, supervisors, and administrative staff while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, behavioral health centers, and community partners; represent the operation in market and cluster meetings
Manage budgets, financial planning, revenue strategies, and resource allocation to support long‑term sustainability
Maintain adherence to federal, state, and local regulations; uphold safety, accreditation, and operational standards
Identify new business opportunities, expand service offerings and geographic reach, and elevate Capstone’s visibility within the healthcare and transportation sectors
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of proven leadership experience with measurable results
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational outcomes
Strong financial acumen and business management capability
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills
Effective multitasking, prioritization, and decision‑making
Experience in staff development and performance management
Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
High emotional intelligence and professionalism
Commitment to ethical leadership and quality care
