Responsibilities
Senior Planners will be responsible for coordinating project implementation with, and on behalf of, project managers including task delegation to appropriate staff in relevant practice areas, QA/QC of delegated work, tracking of internal and external deliverables, and overall project organization
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Planning
A minimum of 5 years of related experience
Proficiency with directing and completing all aspects of standard planning deliverables, such as local waterfront revitalization plans, comprehensive plans, local land use laws, and zoning regulations. Proficiency should include research, fieldwork, report writing, and preparation/coordination of figures/maps
Strong skillsets in technical writing, research and analysis, and public presentations
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), ArcGIS, Microsoft Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word) is extremely beneficial
