Conducts studies and performs analyses to inform decision-making at both operational and strategic levels
Delivers well-founded recommendations based on research and analysis
Operates with a high degree of independence, planning, directing, and leading multidisciplinary projects
Ensure project objectives are achieved within established timelines, budgets, and performance expectations
Coordinates resources and manages communication among stakeholders
Maintains accountability for successful project outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
20-25 years of experience
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale projects
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business development initiatives
Strong analytical skills with experience conducting studies and delivering actionable recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and stakeholder coordination
