Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in product analysis, product management, or engagement management roles
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, SQL, or analytics platforms
Relevant experience in the banking or fintech industry, with the ability to lead a team of 5 offshore members
Lead client engagements and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, QA, design, and operations—to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery
