Responsibilities
Generate equity investment ideas based on fundamental analysis and market movements
Monitor daily stock price action, news flow, earnings, macro events, and catalysts
Conduct deep-dive research on companies, sectors, and themes
Support active trading decisions through analysis and idea generation
Assist with trade preparation, monitoring, and post-trade review
Stay continuously plugged into market developments and equity-specific news
Qualification
Required
2–6 years of Buyside experience
Strong understanding of equity markets, trading dynamics, and stock movements
A generalist background is acceptable
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-feedback environment
Thick skin, strong work ethic, and willingness to put in long hours
Deep, authentic interest in markets
Preferred
A multi-strategy hedge fund or pod-based platform (strongly preferred)
Investment banking / private equity with heavy market exposure
