Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent member experiences
Cash handling, transaction processing, and basic math skills with a high level of accuracy
Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate financial records
Ability to effectively communicate and promote financial products or services to members
High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in banking or customer service is a plus
Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential

Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
