Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and grow a team of 10+ neighborhood marketers
Knock doors and connect directly with homeowners
Prospect new leads for residential window replacement
Track team metrics and hit bonus goals
Train reps on our marketing scripts and processes
Coordinate canvassing logistics and neighborhood mapping
Communicate with homeowners to drive referrals and repeat business
Manage back-end lead entry, data tracking, and quality control
Maintain top-notch brand representation in the field
Qualification
Required
High energy and a go-getter attitude
1+ years of sales OR marketing team leadership
Strong communication and motivational skills
Ability to walk 6+ hours a day, work weekends, and lead by example
A reliable vehicle, smartphone, and valid driver's license
Strong organizational and CRM tracking skills
Comfortable walking outdoors, knocking on doors in all types of weather
Some evenings and weekends are required
Ability to commute to Albuquerque daily
Ability to relocate to Albuquerque, NM before starting work
Preferred
Experience in canvassing or direct sales
