Responsibilities
Partner with the capital formation and investor relations team on all aspects of fund marketing and investor engagement
Support investment and ongoing investor due diligence processes
Review and draft investor communications, reporting materials, and bespoke documents requested by prospects and investors
Advise on public-facing communications and marketing materials
Assist with LP transfers and related documentation
Support domestic and international regulatory compliance matters
Draft, review, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and front- and back-office teams across the organization
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) with 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience
Prior experience in the alternative investment industry, including capital formation and investor relations support
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, often involving senior leadership
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic and interest in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
