Required

Proficiency in Delphi FDC, Opera and CVENT
A minimum of 5 years of RECENT successful hotel Convention Services Management experience
Serve as the primary on-property liaison for group and convention clients from contract turnover through program departure
Manage all aspects of group logistics, including meeting space setup, audio-visual coordination, banquet event orders (BEOs), and event timelines
Conduct pre-convention meetings to confirm program details, expectations, and service requirements with clients and internal teams
Partner closely with Sales, Catering, Banquets, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and AV to ensure seamless program execution
Monitor on-site group activity, proactively address client needs, and resolve service issues in real time
Creative and innovative problem solver
Strong management skills and a proactive approach to supporting hotel needs
Ability to adapt quickly and perform under high expectations
Ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure
Ability to meet deadlines and embrace ongoing change
Requires excellent organization, time management, interpersonal skills
Must be an ambitious self-starter with a desire to learn
