Responsibilities
Own planning and execution of engineering builds (prototype → production)
Align schedules with GTM milestones; manage changes and impacts
Lead Build Readiness and Execution meetings; resolve issues quickly
Manage prototype requests, PCB orders, and SAP entries
Partner with supply chain and vendors for material readiness
Track milestones, risks, and delivery commitments; maintain dashboards
Drive continuous improvement in planning models and processes
Qualification
Required
BS in Engineering or equivalent experience
10 years in build planning, manufacturing, or NPI execution
Strong technical and operational leadership skills
Experience with contract manufacturers and supply chain processes
ERP/MRP systems expertise (SAP preferred)
Ability to travel (~30%)
Preferred
Proven leadership and accountability mindset
Fast executor with strong decision-making under ambiguity
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration
