Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate high-quality construction document sets in Revit
Lead technical detailing and drawing production across project phases
Support coordination with consultants (MEP, structural, envelope, etc.)
Contribute to high-rise residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects
Participate in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment with strong mentorship
Help ensure design intent is carried through to execution
Qualification
Required
4–7+ years of experience on high-rise, multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects
Strong technical expertise and comfort owning portions of the CD process
Advanced Revit proficiency (NYC experience a strong plus)
Solid understanding of building systems, detailing, and coordination
Clear communicator with strong organizational and deadline-management skills
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
