Responsibilities
Define and document the end-to-end migration strategy for transitioning Business Objects reports to Power BI
Assess existing BI landscape and identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
Design scalable and secure Power BI architecture, including datasets, dataflows, gateways, and workspaces
Establish best practices for data modeling, performance optimization, and governance
Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modeling data management and data visualization
Experience in creating data rich dashboards writing DAX expressions
Implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and managing user roles

Required
2+ years of relevant experience
Hands-on design and development experience in SAP BO WEBI and Crystal report
Experience of Reports Migration from SAP BO to Power BI
Define and document the end-to-end migration strategy for transitioning Business Objects reports to Power BI
Assess existing BI landscape and identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
Design scalable and secure Power BI architecture, including datasets, dataflows, gateways, and workspaces
Establish best practices for data modeling, performance optimization, and governance
Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modeling, data management, and data visualization
Experience in creating data rich dashboards and writing DAX expressions
Strong command over SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and performance optimization
Knowledge of star schema, snowflake schema, and semantic modeling for BI solutions
Implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and managing user roles
Preferred
Additional programming experience: Python, R
Report rationalization experience
