Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues within client technologies
Serve as the final escalation point within the technical support department
Mentor junior team members in various technologies
Engage with customers to understand and address their technical concerns
Maintain a high degree of knowledge about platforms and stay updated on new features and developments
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Object-Oriented languages (Java, JavaScript)
Proficiency in troubleshooting within a web applications stack
Solid understanding and working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL or Oracle preferred)
